Our Story
Anderson Legacy Group was created in response to a recurring pattern across industries: businesses built to function, but not to perform at their highest potential.
Founder and CEO Alexis Anderson began her career inside operations—working directly with systems, compliance, financial controls, and leadership structures. That experience revealed a fundamental truth: growth without structure creates instability, and scale without discipline leads to failure.
Rather than building isolated companies, Alexis set out to design an ecosystem.
Anderson Legacy Group was formed as a strategic holding company to unify diverse enterprises under shared standards of execution, governance, and leadership. Each company within the ecosystem is built to stand independently—operationally strong, strategically aligned, and structured to scale—while benefiting from shared vision, infrastructure, and accountability.
Today, the Anderson Legacy Group portfolio spans multiple industries and markets, encompassing over 5,000 residential units owned and managed, with teams operating under unified standards designed to ensure consistency, resilience, and long-term performance.
